Your information

Privacy

A plain explanation of what happens to the details you share when you make an enquiry here.

This page explains how information you provide through this website is handled. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.

What is collected

The only personal information collected on this site is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number, the kind of help you are after, and your message. Nothing is collected unless you choose to send it.

How it is used

Your enquiry is used for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you about mediation, coaching and training, or clinical supervision. Jonathan reads enquiries personally. Your details are not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

Enquiries are transmitted securely and stored only for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. Access is limited to Jonathan and anyone directly assisting him in responding. A small spam-prevention check runs on the form to stop automated abuse; it does not track you around the web.

Confidentiality

Enquiries about counselling, supervision or a sensitive workplace or family matter are treated with the same care and discretion Jonathan brings to his practice. If you would rather not put details in writing, you are welcome to phone instead.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Just get in touch using the details below and it will be actioned.

Changes to this page

If the way information is handled changes, this page will be updated to match. It was last reviewed in 2026.
